And when you fail -- and you will fail... fifty percent of all people are, after all, below average -- when you fail, I believe you should shut the fuck up and try again.

When you hit the glass ceiling, by all means, tell me about it. I'll be happy to whistle a different tune.

But I don't think you'll hit the glass ceiling. It might be there, but I don't think it's set low enough to really interfere with most people's progression through life.
