For all of you chumps out there who voted with your hearts (Libertarian or Green) instead of your heads (Democrat), I would like to point out that if you had acted with just a little more wisdom and foresight, it wouldn't have made a damn bit of difference.

That's right. Even if all of you politically motivated progressive world-changers would have banded together and settled on a non-Republican candidate, it wouldn't have made any difference whatsoever. Bush would still be president, and we would still be going to war.

Your opinions are irrelevant, and your voice, though noted, has been (and will always be) ignored.

Nevertheless, I am glad that (for some absolutely inexplicable reason) going through the motions of political activism provides some sort of satisfaction or sense of accomplishment for you. It must be very relaxing to be an idiot.
