Opinions are, in short, the lazy man's belief system.

And, to be quite honest, I have no respect for other people's opinions. I really don't. You think that flag burning should be legal? Good for you. Get out there and burn a fucking flag, or shut your mouth. You think homosexuality is an abomination in the eyes of the lord? Whoop dee doo. I won't be impressed until you start actively lobbying for a restricted definition of hate crimes. You think that the government is all fucked up? I could give a tin shit... not only are you not assassinating senators, but you probably didn't even vote.

Opinions are flotsam and jetsam that drift through your mind, looking for a place to latch on and take root. Until they actually wash up against something and take firm hold, they're just more garbage floating through your psyche.
