I had in mind a 2.5% to 5% raise or two to three weeks of annual vacation time. I will be leaving work today with an 18% pay raise and three weeks of vacation. Given the fact that I am in the habit of taking three weeks of unpaid vacation every year, this change actually amounts to a 25% increase in my annual gross wages. 24.85% to be exact, but we'll call it 25%.
